PresidentTerry is our company President. He came to our division in 2021 with vast experience in structural steel and miscellaneous metals fabrication operations, spanning over 35 years. He previously led another central Indiana fabrication company for 11 years; leading and shaping them into a top regional provider of DOT bridge components and structural & miscellaneous steel packages. With his deep technical knowledge and broad management experience, Terry has been the vital contributor in developing a vision for this company’s success, and in incorporating the step-by-step procedures needed to lead us to that goal on an accelerated timeline.
Senior Project ManagerMichael is our lead project manager and has been with us since July of 2022. Michael has extensive field supervision experience in the commercial, institutional, & residential markets of the construction industry. He came to us in the role of a project manager, having previously worked as a specification writer, project manager, and account administrator for an architecture & engineering firm. Because of his background, Michael also serves as the primary liaison to all of our construction clientele. Michael manages our processes from fabrication to installation, but you may meet him early on as he often meets with prospective clients to help develop project & product criteria and help determine scopes of work for the estimating department.
Lead Estimator and Account ManagementKristi is our lead estimator as well as our current accounts manager. She has worked in the steel industry for the past 4 years but carries an additional 8 years of experience in construction contract administration. Kristi handles estimating, material procurement, invoicing/account mgmt, and some other responsibilities that may occur in the day to day of the business. She is passionate about what it is that we do and enjoys working with people to see their vision become reality.
Shop ManagerAdrian is our fabrication shop manager & has been welding and fabricating professionally for the past 9 years. Onboarding with our company has given Adrian a great opportunity to run his first shop; incorporating all of his past experiences, technical skills, and a shared vision for our future. His daily involvement & leadership is critical to our ability to deliver orders accurately and on time. He also enjoys sharing his knowledge and coaching some of our newer fabricators.
EstimatorGary joined our company in February of 2024 after having run a successful steel fabrication and service business for the past 40 years. He’s been in the local steel business for a long time and has earned a positive reputation held by the suppliers and builders in our area. We benefit greatly from Gary’s practical experience, wisdom, and network of relationships throughout the Midwest.
EstimatorAnsam is a structural engineer from the Middle East and a Professional CAD drafter/designer for more than Twenty years. She has over eight years in 3D modeling design. She obtained her associate degree in computer design technology from Lincoln, NE.
She has an extensive amount of experience in designing structural steel for all forms of construction as well as steel fabrication. She has worked as an engineer in Indiana. Ansam and her family moved to Indiana to build a better life. She enjoys math and loves to solve challenging problems. Ansam has been Married for twenty years and has three kids. She enjoys traveling and watching movies.
Administrator AssistantStephanie recently came to us with 20 years' experience in office administration and management. She helps our project flow on a day-to-day basis by keeping our records and document controls centralized and organized, by helping us document our cost centers for evaluation. We also intend to train her in purchasing department duties as well. Overall, she just really enjoys contributing her organizational abilities to help the whole operation run as smoothly as possible.
We feel strongly about developing more than just a business relationship with external partners and the overall community. From coaching community sports, to helping cultivate the next generation of skilled workers, we seek to invest into their lives and share the burdens of those around us.
Steel House is a steel service center, fabrication shop and metal retail store for contractors, businesses, homeowners, and the construction industry. We pride ourselves on our customer service, and being the “home of the 9-minute will call”. Steel House can help when you need steel fast, or find yourself in need of metal fabrication services such as shearing, welding, bending, saw cutting, hole punching, drilling, rebar bending, and painting. We also offer field welding, installation and steel erection at our same fast lead times. At Steel House, we quickly fabricate such items as structural steel columns and beams along with miscellaneous steel such as handrails, dumpster gates, and stairs.
Our 4,000 square foot showroom has a huge assortment of ornamental iron accessories such as pickets, finials, cast iron castings, aluminum castings, hammered bar, punched channel, elbows, and everything you need to make a custom fence or handrail. We also stock industrial supplies such as concrete, saws, sanding disks, cut-off blades, welding accessories, safety glasses, and gloves.
Steel House has 6 delivery trucks. We offer same day or next day delivery service. We also have trucks with 63′ cranes available to set steel, or drop off supplies on roofs or jobsites.

We have certified Nelson Stud Welders with an extremely fast turnaround on embed plates.
We have the ability to do same-day and next-day delivery.
We can CNC cut plasma up to 2 inch thick plate, and we can form up to 1/2 inch thick plate.
